Job Description:

The foreman will need to understand the overall roof assembly and installation process;  oversee the installation of the materials into a complete and functional roofing system; work with project supervisor to set daily goals and then direct the crew to meet those goals; Identify safety related issues and correct those issues including making sure that all members of the crew are meeting safety standards; communicate with members of the crew as well as project supervisor and/or business owner; maintain project sites in a neat and orderly fashion; and maintain a positive attitude while satisfying customers’ needs.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum)
• Able to work 40 hours weekly (full time position)
• Consistently on time and reliable
• Attentive and quick learner
• Great Communication/People Skills
• Technology fluent, able to problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Must be able to carry up to 75lbs
