Candidates need to have a driver’s license or a reliable means of transportation and we require a background check, drug test, and references from past employers.

Job Description: 
The Office Assistant answers incoming phone calls; assist with customer appointments as necessary; update and maintain the Marketsharp CRM system as well as other filing systems; update and maintain pertinent documentation; organize and maintain office common areas; perform general office clerk duties and errands; coordinate events as necessary; maintain supply inventory and office equipment as necessary; help answer customer questions and concerns as needed; be knowledgeable of all Propertunity products, services and capabilities; perform various office duties and deliver a positive overall customer service experience.

Requirements: 

  • 18 years of age or older 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum) 
  • Able to work 40 hours weekly (full time position) 
  • Consistently on time and reliable 
  • Attentive and quick learner 
  • Great Communication/People Skills 
  • Technology fluent, able to problem-solve and troubleshoot
